Mystery Tomatoes

These folks visited us uninvited. They just decided to grow and we didn't mind them, of course! The plant could have got weeded out hadn't it been for Google lens and two friends who told me what it could be. Whether it becomes food or not is a tricky question. We don't know its source, so we will tread with caution. It could be what it seems to be, or it could be an equivalent of Snow White's apple, or it could turn us into superheroes. Who knows?

What we do know is that it adds to the the liveliness of our potted mini garden, and that it is life deciding to thrive on its own powered by a source that reveals itself in all its might in things that are sudden, unexpected and delightful!
